Metal Roofing HeadQuarters has been serving Trussville homeowners with premium metal roof installs for 6 decades. We moved our roofing & company to Trussville in 1963 have been here ever since. We've installed thousands of high quality metal roofing systems in 8 states, but Trussville is home. Our metal roof installs have been featured nationally on home improvement tv shows on HGTV & Today's Homeowner. We've also been on the cover Roofing Contractor Magazine, Metal Roofing Magazine, and several metal shingle manufacturer brochures, as well as The Trussville Tribune. 

Metal roofs the early 20th century can be found sprinkled throughout the Trussville area, but the metal roofing style really took off in the 1930's. That's when the Roosevelt administration's "New Deal" through the Resettlement Administration changed the aesthetic of Trussville forever. Between 1936-38, construction of The Cahaba Homestead Village, also known as "Slagheap Village", took place. Originally consisting of 143 single-family homes & 44 duplexes, every single house the Cahaba Homestead was roofed with a state-of-the-art metal shingle. Many of these 85 year roofs are still functional to this day. An interesting side note, this historic metal shingle roofing system was first used in the US by the amateur architect & "Renaissance Man", Thomas Jefferson, to be the original roof of Monticello & The Rotunda at the University of Virginia. We've had the honor of replacing many of these roof with a modern, but still architecturally appropriate, metal shingle made by EDCO Products. Our Arrowline Shake Metal Shingle can be found on more than 30 homes in the Cahaba Homestead, and the advancements in metals and coatings should result in an even longer and more maintenance-free roof cycle.
